We are excited to announce the return of one of the most prolific minority owned and
operated advertising productions companies, in the San Francisco/San Jose/Oakland
Bay area (throughout the 80's and 90's). After a very short retirement, and taking time
to devote to curriculum development,  teaching, and family, Michael Bouyer has
returned to multimedia productions.

The photography business, that began in 1980, under the name of CITY TO CITY
studios, then (in 1993) became known as API (ARTA Productions International),
incorporating multimedia instruction and multimedia curriculum development, in the
company's offerings, and in 2007, reintroduced ourselves as BPI--BOUYER
PRODUCTIONS INTERNATIONAL. Michael and his wife Renee, are able to offer
individuals, families, and small, medium, and large companies, full-service
multimedia production services.
